We offer free shipping to the United States on all orders! Here's how we handle getting your Skeleton Clogs to you:

  • Processing Time: After you place your order, we begin processing it immediately. This can take 1-3 business days for Ready-to-Ship orders. For Pre-Orders, processing will begin once the production cycle starts.
  • Shipping Carriers: We primarily use USPS Priority Express for reliable and timely delivery.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Ready-to-Ship Orders (Domestic): Orders in stock are typically shipped within 1-3 business days and will arrive in 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Pre-Orders (Domestic): Since these are made-to-order, shipping times will vary based on production, but we estimate delivery in 3-9 weeks.
  • International Shipping (Canada): Orders shipped to Canada may take 10-15 business days for delivery. Please note that additional customs fees or duties may apply.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's journey.

4. Shipping Issues

If you encounter any issues with shipping, we’re here to help:

  • Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out to support@skeletonclogs.com as soon as possible. We can only make changes before the package has shipped.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (for International Orders)

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These fees vary by country and will be due upon delivery.
