A: Ready-to-Ship Clogs are in stock and ship within 1-3 business days from purchase. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days once shipped. A tracking number will be provided when your order is processed.
Q: What’s the difference between Pre-Order and Standard Release?
A: Pre-Orders are produced after orders are placed, resulting in longer lead times. Standard Releases are in stock and ship immediately within 1-3 business days.

A: Clogs may be returned within 7 days of receiving them for an exchange of the same pair. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.
