A: We offer free shipping to the United States on all orders. For Canadian orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: How long do Pre-Orders typically take?
A: Our Pre-Order Clogs are made-to-order, and production begins once a certain volume of orders is reached. This process can take anywhere from 3-9 weeks depending on demand. While orders may ship sooner, we prioritize transparency and include this timeframe to avoid setting false expectations.

Q: How long do Standard, Ready-to-Ship orders typically take?
A: Ready-to-Ship Clogs are in stock and will ship within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase. You'll receive tracking information once the order is processed.

Q: What’s the difference between Pre-Order and Standard Release?
A: Pre-Orders are made-to-order, meaning production begins after orders are placed, resulting in longer wait times. Standard Releases are in stock and ship within 1-3 business days.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We currently ship to the United States and Canada. More international locations coming soon.


Returns & Exchange Policy

Q: What is the return policy for Skeleton Clogs?
A: You may return your Clogs within 7 days of receiving them for an exchange of the same pair. Clogs must be unused and in their original packaging.

Q: What if I need a different size?
A: If you ordered the wrong size, reach out to our support team within 7 days for an exchange. We will provide instructions on how to return the shoes and receive the correct size.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, if you need to make changes or exchange your Clogs after receiving them, you can reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

Q: My tracking shows delivered, but I haven’t received anything. What should I do?
A: Contact our support team at support@skeletonclogs.com if your package shows as delivered but hasn't arrived. We’ll investigate the issue and provide assistance.

Refund Policy

Q: Can I get a refund on my purchase?
A: At this time, we offer exchanges only. If there’s a quality issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your Clogs, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You have 24 hours to cancel your order after placing it. This is because we begin preparing materials and production after this window closes. Contact us at support@skeletonclogs.com to cancel.

Q: Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
A: Yes! Email support@skeletonclogs.com with your updated shipping address as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we'll gladly update it.


Product Care

Q: How do I find the right size?
A: Our Clogs fit true to size. We recommend ordering the size that most closely matches your other shoes for the best fit.

Q: Is there an arch in the sole?
A: Yes! Our footbeds are designed to mold to the shape of your foot over time, offering excellent arch support and an even better fit as the material softens.

Q: How do I clean my Clogs?
A: To maintain the cork footbed, we recommend applying a cork sealer when needed to prevent it from drying out. For the upper, use a leather cleaner for leather models or a suede/nubuck brush to restore the nap for suede/nubuck styles.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy
