At Skeleton Clogs, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. While we currently offer exchanges rather than refunds, we strive to make sure that any issues are resolved as smoothly as possible. Please review our refund and exchange policies below:

1. Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your Clogs. After 7 days, exchanges are no longer available.
  • Conditions for Exchange: To qualify for an exchange, the Clogs must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Exchanges are available only for the same style in a different size.
  • How to Initiate an Exchange: Please contact our support team at support@skeletonclogs.com within 7 days of receiving your order to start the exchange process. We will provide instructions for returning your Clogs.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Reporting a Problem: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Contact support@skeletonclogs.com with a detailed description of the issue and a photo of the defect.
  • Replacement Process: We will arrange a replacement for any defective or damaged items at no extra cost. Please allow time for processing once the returned item is received.

3. Non-Refundable Items

At this time, Skeleton Clogs does not offer refunds on purchases. All sales are final, with the option for exchange as outlined above.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Standard Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this window, the order cannot be canceled as production will have begun.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted due to the made-to-order nature of Pre-Order items.

5. Shipping Issues

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact us at support@skeletonclogs.com within 5 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue and work with our shipping carrier to resolve it.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs for exchanges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
