1. Our Return & Exchange Policy
At Skeleton Clogs, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to exchange your Clogs, we’ve got you covered:

  • Return Window: You may return or exchange your Clogs within 7 days of receiving them.
  • Exchange Only: At this time, we offer exchanges for the same style. Refunds are not available.
  • Condition of Items: Returned Clogs must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact our support team at support@skeletonclogs.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your Clogs for exchange.
Step 3: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process your exchange.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@skeletonclogs.com with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. Once this window closes, production begins and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  • Pre-Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of placement due to the made-to-order process.

5. Addressing Shipping Issues

  • If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, reach out to us at support@skeletonclogs.com within 5 days of the delivery date. We will investigate the issue with our shipping carrier.
